Exploring Sleep Problems (An Ascension Symptom)
Several people have experienced problems relative to getting a full night’s sleep. Remember, the human body is undergoing changes from its original carbon base to a crystalline base. This is occurring to be compatible with the increasing vibrations, both on the planet and with ones individual physical form.
Many talk of waking up in the very early morning hours, most between 3:00 and 4:30 AM. However, there is important learning going on earlier. Test results strongly suggest that REM sleep is involved with the efficient memory processing of cognitive procedural material and that material is beneficial knowledge we will need in the process of our transcension to the 5th dimension.
If you are one of the many who awakens in the very early hours on a frequent basis, you most often will be in the mental Alpha state. Being in this level provides a wonderful opportunity to receive messages from a number of Light sources. If, in this time, your mind is having random thoughts, pull in the reigns, be still, and ask a meaningful question addressed to your guides or even the Source Him/Herself for God has made clear he communicates to all beings. Remember what the good book said, “Be still and know that I am God.” (to know is to connect with). In your stillness open your mind to the thoughts that enter therein. You may be surprised what comes through. If you receive a profound message, be sure to document it before it passes your memory like a passing dream. A digital voice recorder works very well for this. Many of the messages in my book were received in this manner. The more you do this the better you will become at receiving.
Please know that you are surrounded by many Light Beings of the highest order, especially during this time of transformation to a higher plane of life. While there will be difficult times we will go through as the old gives way to the new, boldness, patience and understanding will help us get through it all and it will be more beauteous than you can imagine when darkness is no more and the Light of Love reigns supreme.

EVOLUTION MOVING INTO THE NEW WORLD - April 2019
Lord Omeridan from the Orion Council of Light
I am Lord Omeridaa of the Andromeda celestial zone in the Leonian Triad, and I come to speak to you on the evolution towards the new world. I think you realize that everything which man has undergone since the beginning of time, since the beginning of creation, since his primordial state, and has always been a process. It has had its peaks and its valleys, his periods of enlightenment, and it's periods of darkness. Nothing was without purpose. It was all a process to bring you to where you are now and to take you to where you are going. It's the process of becoming and it's always been. So often you look upon certain periods of your history and you judge them and you condemned them and you blame them and you criticize them and you bemoaned them. Yet, nothing was without purpose and nothing was out reason and all was for the collective learning of your entities.
When man came upon the planet with his wondrous consciousness he had choices. Nothing was ever predestined for man. Primordial earth became manifested in form out of the thought of divine intelligence and once formed, it evolved naturally from the spirit within and the spirit without and as it evolved and man came upon her land and upon her waters, a different kind of consciousness emerged., a consciousness which contained free will. With free will, nothing was ever predestined for mankind.
If you look at history and you ask “Could the crucifixion have been avoided, could Nazi Germany have been avoided?” The answer is yes. It all had to do with collective mind. With your energy and your vibrations, you selected your future. All that has ever occurred on earth, either individually or collectively, has been for growth and for learning and for unfolding and for becoming. This is the whole point of evolution - to become. And what are you to become? You are to become a higher order of life which is what the Aquarian Age is all about. It's becoming higher, wiser, and more loving aspects of creation. What are you to evolve into? Higher beings. Beings that can move in and out of form at will; beings that can communicate with other dimensions at will, and beings that will be able to understand their connection with the all.
Evolution will never cease. In spite of what you may think, you will always evolve because evolution has to do with consciousness. It does not have to with four. It has to do with what you are in consciousness because what you are in consciousness is what you are in form. All creation to some degree will evolve. Evolution is change, and it is a movement. With human entities, it is an evolution of consciousness and evolution is eternal. You will always be in the process of evolving to higher and higher levels of beingness.
The only reason you ever went to planet Earth, in a third dimensional world, was to learn great and wondrous lessons. A third dimensional world is perhaps the hardest and the most difficult space to learn lessons. The reason this is so is because in the third dimensional worlds one must have survival programming to protect the form. When the survival programming of form, [which is ego] makes the lessons more difficult, the ego will block those higher levels of consciousness quite frequently and when these are blocked you may feel as though you are not evolving, but you are because evolution is the movement of consciousness into a raising. You are all raising in consciousness, and awareness is also being expanded.
The reason that consciousness raising is so important is because what you are, what you think, what you empower all feeds into collective mind. This has to do with planetary evolution. What planet Earth's past has been is due to the nature of its collective mind. This is why it is always said to you that you create your own illusion, and you create your own reality as well. You do it individually and you do it collectively.
But I bless you because I know I can see where you are in consciousness as a planet, as a universe, and I see where you are going, what you are evolving into, and I know it is to evolve into a higher order of life. You are part of the Aquarian age. Evolution is a process, seemingly slow, and in terms of your so-called time, but from a cosmic view all is occurring in the twinkling of an eye. Bless your journeys because they are wonderful journeys and in reality they are eternal journeys.
Experiencing ONENESS
It begins sensing your physical form dissolving into nothingness and everythingness followed by the spirit totally surrendering Then You cannot identify your self as being any particular place. There is a feeling of being enormous and expansive and totally liberated. The spirit soars free through a great vastness and there is silent euphoria. There is a feeling of a world, a universe filled with peaceful, loving, and compassionate beings.
What a gift this is and how it creates a marvelous insight into who we really are. We realize how we are a spiritual light force in the universe. When we realize who we really are we also realize we have the power to be who and how we want to be in the world.
We are, and I am a light force in the world and we are at one with all that is.
After such an experience, yes we can still choose to come back to our left brain logic ego mentality, if we think you will miss your separateness from every thing and every one.
However, if we chose to express who we really are, we will in all likelihood we will project more peace into the world and the more peaceful it will become.
Consciousness is the basis for evolution in the Universe.
